Quality Manager
Responsible for leading the implementation of the customer experience strategy as part of your company's Quality Management System (QMS). Acts as a key point in defining objectives, designing the journey, prioritizing initiatives, and connecting the areas.
Project Coordinator:
Works with an agile methodology to ensure that project milestones are delivered on time, within scope, and with quality. Bridges the gap between internal areas, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring clear and standardized communication.
Quality Analysts:
